This is an album cover for the late 1980's new wave band, TKO. All of the lyrics on the album relate to boats, hos, high school teachers and kittens. The lead singer is know for their iconic spray paint face makeup. TKO was a one hit wonder. Their song "Hang in there Baby, Friday's Coming" topped the charts for 34 weeks.
