I'm a designer and illustrator. Whether I'm working on a design project or an art piece, music playing in the background is a must. One of my go to bands to play while I work is Steely Dan. A favorite of mine since I was a teenager growing up. Their sound is just right to get me focused on the task at hand. Whether it's their record "The Royal Scam" or anything else in their catalog, it gets me going.
